Vancouver Island has abundant sea life including orcas (killer whales), porpoises, seals, sea lions, otters and sea birds. Enjoy a driving tour to explore beautiful southern Vancouver Island from Hatley Castle & Gardens with neighbouring Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse to the natural scenery around Sooke. Alternatively, drive up the east coast as far as the murals at Chemainus, taking in the Cowichan Valley, coastal bays, wineries , the BC Forestry Museum and the totem poles at Duncan.
Clearly Victoria attractions are much more than The Butchart Gardens!
